We enjoyed our week in this property; like all rentals it could use some basic maintenance but overall a nice house with comfortable beds and good-sized rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and the house was well-stocked with beach chairs, two carts to carry things to the beach, and beach towels. It does not have a crock pot or large blender, but otherwise pretty well stocked for cooking between the two kitchens.Although not ocean front it is a convenient location on a quiet street between the beach ramp at Crawford Street and the boardwalk at Sapphire Street and an easy walk to the beach. You can see the ocean over the house across the street and get catch a good breeze on the wrap-around porch on two sides.

We really loved the space in the house. It was lovely and we had a great time. The house could have been cleaner- we spilled some juice on the hardwood floor and when we cleaned it up the paper towel was black. A baby gecko made its way into one of the bedrooms downstairs (we were not upset, just wanted to catch him and release him outside so he could survive) and in the process of catching him found filth under the beds- dust, sand and garbage from prior guests. The upstairs dishwasher apparently had not released soap when it was run previously, so I would recommend hand washing dishes prior to use. Also, hot tub was listed on the site but we could never find it - maybe they meant the soaking tub in the master?

We truly had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Very spacious. The location was peaceful and scenic. Tara, the property manager, was welcoming, responsive, and made everything so easy. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for guests.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Great weekend in NSB

We loved the house!! It was very spacious and comfortable for a big group and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk, along with all the shops and venues on Flagler Ave. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to another visit!

Excellent house!

The house is actually 3 rentals. An upstairs with full kitchen, downstairs with full kitchen, and an efficiency apartment. I rented all 3 for Thanksgiving! It is modern, everything is updated, kitchen is very well stocked up AND down. The property manager was AMAZING! She answered every question I had within minutes! Gorgeous home! Great location! We rented the fire pit on the beach at sapphire road ( from parks and recreation) and had s’mores one night. We walked to Flagler avenue. It was a great trip! If I ever rent in NSB again, I’ll def contact the same property manager! She was on it!
