Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you can wish for!
Spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen and modern granite and tile bathrooms
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious back yard with a hammock, grill and patio and gas fire pit.
The house is within walking distance to tiki bars, restaurants, shops, Flager Ave and a short golf cart club ride to Canal Street.
Cape Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles south on A1A and has pristine beaches with nice seashells. Also, a shuttle goes off almost weekly. Disney is less than an hour away.
I will meet you upon arrival with the keys and show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Small dogs are considered. Must be crated (crate provided) when you are not home.

Fantastic accommodations! The house had everything we needed and our family was very comfortable here. We celebrated my niece's 10th birthday, a belated Christmas and also New Year's, and really enjoyed the proximity to Flagler & Canal Streets, Publix, and the beach! Terrific location. House is very quiet, great windows which we opened for fresh air. The house was well stocked with paper products cooking utensils and everything needed for a nice getaway. A plus was the bikes. I'm 60 and can't believe I have never biked on the beach...fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Also, within a short walk to Norwoods, The Garlic and of course beach is across street with nice cross walk.

The location was perfect, across the street from Beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Great outdoor entertaining area with both a wood and gas firepit. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The house was very clean and the beds and linems were comfy and cozy. The golfcart was definetly worth it and we used it everyday! Host had impeccable communication. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

We stayed at the Salty Pelican place for a mini stay vacation with family, and it was wonderful! It's a really nice house - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, catering to all your needs inside and out, whether you're at home or looking to enjoy the beach!
