The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. Could have been better

The 2 coffee pots and the toaster were dirty and most likely should be replaced. The very unusual bathroom sink was not convenient for every day use and dripped onto the counter top when in use. The hot water was quite a challenge if we wanted to take a hot shower. The air conditioner was so loud during night we couldn’t use it while sleeping.

Wonderful condo!

This condo has a nice view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. It has everything you need for eating there and there are great restaurants nearby.You can walk to Flagler Avenue easily. The host makes sure everything is great!

Perfect location for a few days or a few weeks. Walking distance to Flagler Ave (the area with all the cool restaurants, shopping & hangouts. Top floor beachfront property with elevator. Plenty to do in the area. Free parking. This unit has all the amenities you need for your stay. Just bring your food & beverages. Don't forget your sandals or flipflops!

Beautiful and well equipped beach front 1-bedroom condo

Everything about this condo was excellent except the cleanliness upon arrival. It just simply was not cleaned well and we this had to do some initial cleaning ourselves. The view, how it was decorated and equipped was everything you could want. Being on the top floor was awesome. Very reasonable price for what we felt we got.
