Discover a beach lover's paradise at Seascape Towers 221, ideally situated in a serene section of New Smyrna Beach. This spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is the ultimate oceanfront retreat, with a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower and plenty of room for relaxation. Step out onto the expansive wrap-around balcony, which faces northeast, offering sweeping views and glimpses of the ocean to the east. Just steps from the sandy shore, you'll enjoy the nearby attractions.





This property is managed by Laferias Beachfront Properties LLC which is a small family owned local management company. We are typically available by phone , text or email 7 days per week between 8am to 9pm.

Flagler avenue is a short distance, famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 45 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive. You can enjoy a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway which is only a 25 minute drive. The frequent rocket launches can be observed from the beach without driving anywhere.

Please park outside on the first floor or on the asphalt level outside the garage. There is no assigned parking and there will be a parking pass in the unit. Please display the parking pass at all times. Call building answering service through the gate keypad intercom to talk with service who can let you in if problem with gate code .
The unit has an electronic smart lock that allows for self check-in. The code will be provided through email or messaging after completing your reservation.

This beautiful beachfront condominium has a large, freshly decorated living room with a wrap around balcony with a view of the Atlantic ocean. Two of the guest bedrooms share a large balcony with one having a Queen bed and private bathroom and the other is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed and full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private balcony and bathroom.


The neighborhood is easy to get around by car, bicycle, motorcycle or maybe just get an Uber ride.

Large condo

It’s very nice and large for a big family. We only had 5. Everything is clean. The only thing is the note on the table about the neighbors down stairs and making noise, we had no little kids but we still did not want to make noise or do anything to be disrespectful. The view is beautiful and parking was nice inside. Getting out and opening the gate was a pain. Remotes would of been nice. I would book it again if we had a bunch of people.

Only 1 shower for 8 people!!

We had a good time & enjoyed the property but it could have been better. There were 8 of us & one of the showers had no pressure, not enough to wash your hair & rinse it. Manager actually came out when we were at dinner & he said it was fine. He said owner wasn't going to approve doing anything about it. So 8 of us had to get by with one shower. I would not use that property manager again.
