Renovated by the owner as a second home, the residence features an expanded layout, high-end finishes, and a warm, refined coastal style throughout.

Located directly on the beach in peaceful Bethune Beach, the condo enjoys wraparound views with sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and sunset over the Indian River Lagoon. From the expansive balcony, guests may also see rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center on select launch days (schedule and weather permitting).

Walk to JB’s Fish Camp, swim in the resort-style pool, enjoy nearby Bethune Beach Park, or launch kayaks just across the street for lagoon exploration.

Great location

Ideal location for our family vacation on New Smyrna Beach. Condo was amazing, clean, and easily accessible. Close enough to activities yet secluded enough for a relaxing vacation. JB’s Fish Camp across the street is a great local restaurant and enjoyed a boat tour that was also in walking distance. Other really cool sights and activities within driving distance.

**Incredible Stay at a Gorgeous Beach Condo!**We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful beach condo for the week, and it was absolutely perfect. The condo itself is stunning, with high-end finishes throughout. Everything was spotless, which made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived.The best part? The view of the ocean was breathtaking! Waking up to that view every morning was an experience we won't forget.
