Lantana is the west end of a chic beach triplex bungalow nestled a short walk away from the Ocean and a few blocks from Flagler Ave. Lantana has a private office and futon for the extra guest. Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this cozy relaxed setting.

Each unit has two private porches with cedar pergolas for sea breeze enthusiasts complete outside chairs and shower.

This one bedroom, one bath home was completely renovated inside and out and showcases a private office with a handmade corner desk. Literally only steps away from Atlantic Ocean you can lounge on the beach all day, or take a short walk north that brings you to all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Flagler Ave has to offer without the hassle of finding a parking space.

If you don't mind putting in a few steps, you can leave your car behind.

Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in a cozy relaxed setting. Lantana has front and rear private porches with custom handmade cedar pergolas to add style and shade. There is a sandy toes foot wash and a hot shower outside. The front porch is a wonderful place to unwind and watch the world go by, the back porch offers a more intimate setting complete with mood lighting.

Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short beach stroll away!

Lantana is complete with an HD smart TV that has apps or connects to your device through Chromecast. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is TV+ with hundreds of channels. If you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.

Lantana boasts high speed internet at 245 Kbps, and has its own private office so you can work and play. The office provides a custom corner desk, a monitor and even a printer should you need it.

The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress, Company Store Sheets and the office has a futon that folds out. The king bed is as comfortable as it is beautiful.

You will find Lantana welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.

Guests have access through an electronic keypad. The code is provided via email after the guest agrees to house policies.

Hope Ave is a very quiet street near the Ocean and in between the Garlic and Flagler Ave. It is suitable for families and quiet couples, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, but close enough to walk to all the fun.

Everything is a short walk away. You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than a 10 minute walk. It's less than 100 yards from the Ocean. Leave your car behind.
