Incredible location and views of New Smyrna Inlet! Closest property to the Inlet and overlooking Smyrna Dunes Park which has a great elevated boardwalk loop that is maybe a mile in total with very cool canopies and picnic locations along the way. Terry the host was responsive and friendly. You won’t find many better places for surfing, fishing and experiencing the beauty of Florida.

We enjoyed ourselves! This is our third fabulous stay in this building, and we liked this floor plan the best so far. Why? The open main living area offers a wider ocean view, with the bedrooms on the back (west) side. Prior units split the ocean view between the master BR and living area -- that made for a great master bedroom, but a narrower view from the living room. We preferred this. Also enjoyed the balcony.

The Inlet at New Smyrna Beach

The condo was nice..clean with a beach vibe. The view of the ocean and pool were amazing..even cool when watching the storms! Terry, the owner was timely in responding to our questions. Woul definitely stay again when visiting Florida.
