The main living room offers a large couch, additional seating, a large smart TV, and sliders leading to the balcony, while a second family room includes a sleeper sofa, TV, and desk area. A half bath is conveniently located between the second living room and the kitchen. New smyrna Beach condo

Awesome place. 7 of us easily staged there and would have had room for more. Right off the beach. Great location. Clean and recently renovated. Pool very nice. Tennis/ pickleball court was nice benefit.

Absolutely filthy condo

I cannot put into words how dirty this property was. All the furniture and linens were stained. Visible dust and cobwebs all over the walls and light fixtures. Don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I wish I could post pics. After driving 10 hrs and being committed to family events, we were stuck. Mgmt promises to address it with the housekeeping and property mgrs and offer some type of refund. Has not happened and now not responding to email. Stay clear of this unit and Ocean Properties.
