Welcome to "Beachside Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach. "Beachside Dreams" is Brand new to us (5/2023.) This lovely unit has had all the furniture and appliances replaced (summer 2023.) The cabinets and bathroom have had a facelift as well. In this unit, you will find all the comforts of home. We pride ourselves on loading up our property to make you feel totally welcome. There are many added amenities for your enjoyment including a complimentary bottle of wine, light breakfast choices, coffee, & snacks. Linens, beach towels, yoga mats, are also in the unit. A large balcony that easily seats four at a table for al fresco dining. King bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest, & a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a pac-n-play & baby monitor as well as dishes for those with infants included for your use. In the storage area, there are beach chairs, cooler, and beach paraphernalia (this is a common area and sometimes guests from other units make use of our things.) Be sure to check for them upon check in.) There is a laundry area (2 washers/2 dryers) is conveniently located directly across the hall. There are also ones located in the same area on each floor.

There is a kiddie pool, heated large main pool (only in the cooler months,) shuffleboard courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, private locked beach access, bar-b-que area, & club room are all on site. Unassigned Parking for one vehicle (extra space may be request through the office if available,) Just bring your clothes and relax!

Castle reef is located just 3 short miles from Flagler Ave & a little further for Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally. Lots of information is included inside the unit. Repeat guest discount & **Monthly rates available upon request.

We really enjoyed our stay definitely needs updating for sure but over all it was nice. You might want to change your cleaning people the deck was definitely not cleaned. And just little stuff needed attention. I would totally stay here again.

Delightful Stay

We loved our stay in this roomy & well stocked condo. Castle Reef is a great property for all ages. We made home cooked meals, and enjoyed the patio most hours of the day. We will certainly be back. The owner was quick to respond & very helpful.

Lovely beach vacay

Dianna & Russell were highly communicative. The lockbox checkin was seamless, & an extra parking pass was easy to obtain from mgmt office. The condo was bright, clean, & much much nicer than others I have rented in the past. They even leave coffee, breakfast bars, snacks, & a bottle of wine. Way over the top. (In a good way) Across the street are multiple restaurants & shopping. My best stay ever!! Will be back. Thanks 💕

Perfect Memorial Weekend Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the unit in Castle reef. It was completely as advertised. It had been recently re-done and was very nice. Do you know was extremely clean and having the keyless entry was perfect so we were able to get in the moment we arrived. There were lovely extra amenities. The extra closet outside of the unit with Beach chairs and toys was an added bonus. The owners were very and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend staying at this condo!

First time here..didn't disappoint.

Very nice area and property. Clean, modern condo that slept 5 adult women comfortably. Had everything that we needed! The beach was clean and fairly quiet for this time of year. Convenient grocery store, liquor store, breakfast restaurant and Italian/pizzeria right across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed in this condo for a week and had a great time. The location was perfectly located at the quieter section of the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a family of five. Steps to the ocean and the outdoor pool. The host was very attentive and provided all the information needed for us. We would recommend staying here at this great condominium.
