Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is no need to strip the beds. Upon leaving please leave no more than two loads of laundry.
The night before think about bringing in the parking pass and the two remotes and all keys and return them back to the condo. Sometimes doing that in the morning people are forgetful .😀
Please follow the instructions on the AC before leaving meaning turning it back up to 78° and adjusting the dehumidifier knob.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo is in a prime location, quite spacious, and packed with amenities. The property manager was extremely courteous and welcoming, and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Strongly recommended!

Great place for a mini family vacation

A great place for our family. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location to beach was an easy walk from the condo. There were a variety of outdoor recreational activities to enjoy but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to use all of them.

First time using VRBO and we were all pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. Great communication with owner. Nice amenities. The only thing that we were disappointed with was there was only one pool open at the time because the other pool was under construction which caused it to be a bit over crowded.

NSB Rental

Diane made the whole process seemless. The condo and community is very well maintained and comfortable. We had teenagers with us and they enjoyed the pool and ocean. It is also close to Daytona so we went there some evenings to go to an amusement park and bowling.. Everything was family oriented. Great place for R&R.

Just perfect! Such a short walk to the ocean!

We absolutely loved our stay at Oceanwalk. I wasn’t sure how far the beach access would be based on the listing, but the crosswalk with warning lights and traffic being required to STOP made the walk to the beach a breeze! It was a very family friendly beach and community too. The condo and kitchen had everything we needed, nice dishes and cookware. It felt like home... lacked no dish or tool I needed. We even enjoyed the wildlife. We saw otters on the pond from our balcony, ducks and birds top of course. Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with when we had a little parking mishap. ;) Just wonderful.

Super Spacious Clean and Quiet

Condo was nicely decorated Kitchen well equipped. Rooms were open and spacious especially the Master bedroom. Walk In Closet was bonus for storing things and bathroom was super sized! Parking was easy and the best part was the covered parking keeping cars cool and secure. Easy walk to the beach. Night lights were great after hours. For reading lighting could have been brighter, but nice overall . Would highly recommend.
