The building was tactfully decorated for the holidays. It is a new and modern home situated very close to the beach. You can hear the waves from the rear porches. Amazingly, you can't hear the road noise from the busy street it fronts. Everything you need is in the building for cooking. We only booked the upper level based on our needs. This made it very difficult to enter the building from Atlantic Avenue through the garage. Upon entering the building we were stopped by numerous old rusty bicycles hanging in the door. This forced me to crawl under the bicycles t open the garage door. A garage door opener would have solved this problem, but one is not provided. This forced me to lift the bicycles off the hooks and move them into the garage so we could use the only entry door into the building. If we had rented the ground level we could have used another door, but we did not have access to the ground level entry. Check in was difficult. When we arrived there was nobody in the immediate office to assist us. I called out, but nobody answered. I walked through the office to a rear section and found one person in a cubicle. She stated everyone was out sick. But, this left nobody to greet and check us in. I asked a few questions, but she was unfamiliar with the property and couldn't answer any questions. Check out was easier. We really enjoyed the rental and would use it again. It is close to the beach and not far from some very good restaurants. We ate at Sonapa grill.
