Clean & spacious room, nice staff, great breakfast and in a very convenient location. Since the hotel is by the railway station, do expect some noise from trains.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast had so many options and also a very spacious seating area. There is an MRT station across the street (and only a few stops from the airport), and a large shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance (500 meters). Very convenient. Would stay here again. You can hear some of the street noise and train noise from the room. This was not an issue for me, but light sleepers should be aware.

It's ok but can be much better

The room is relatively big compare to regular hotel in Taoyuan / Taipei, and it's located 3m walk to the MRT station and 15m from the Airport. Very negative points : Smoking smell once we entered the room ... And no soap to wash hand. The water in bathroom is pretty difficult to adjust and I'm pretty sure that all customers who went there had the same trouble - spending almost a minute to find the right temperature and wasting lot of water - not eco friendly at all

Not really good

a bad experience: when I went back to hotel and going to take the lift back room. There are two hotel staff chatting at lift lobby. When I pressed going up button, they followed me to get into lift. I was staying at 3rd and they went out at 2nd floor but they were still chatting and go out slowly until they almost finished the chat. 2 queries: 1.Why did they go to 2nd floor before I reached the lift lobby? They have plenty of time to got to 2nd floor; 2.Am I supposed to wait for the finish of the conversation between 2 hotel staff before I can go back to the room?
