We primarily stayed here because of its proximity to JFK and free shuttle service. The area around the hotel property was less than desirable however it met our needs. We were grateful for such helpful and friendly staff. They were able to make getting back to the city for one last night super easy.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our room key stopped working twice and they immediately changed it. The room deposit was also accepted in cash and was immediately returned upon check out. This avoided the inconvenience of credit card holds

I’m not sure why this property has such good reviews….there are better options near JFK. Our room was tiny, carpet was stained, noisy. It was fine for one night but we’ll stay elsewhere next time. Shuttle is by reservation only and runs only at the top of the hour. Breakfast was really limited.

This hotel was convenient for us as we wanted a hotel close to the airport. Shuttle bus directions from JFK were good. The staff were friendly. Our room was basic but adequate for one night. Overall the convenience of the location and the value for money made it a good choice for us.

apparently the staff at Expedia do not read correspondence. I tried to cancel this booking through Expedia but was unable to do so. I then called the hotel directly and they were very helpful at cancelling my original booking and re booking me for another date. However, they were not able to make a refund and said that I should contact Expedia directly. So here I am, contacting you. What can you do for me?

I’ve stayed here before. Ideal for my business trips. Only downside. My flight was delayed and I missed the last shuttle at 11pm although other hotels were still picking up. Staff were friendly also.
