Convenient location and hourly shuttle to JFK. There is no parking available, so if you have a car you would need luck to get street parking. Area around the hotel looked a little dirty, but the hotel itself was great. The day we were there there was a building issue where the elevators were down for an hour or so and could not get the air conditioning in our room to turn on. The staff was really great and let us move to another room and also provided us a late checkout. Would recommend for anybody needing a place near JFK with a free airport shuttle.

The property was clean, rooms looked newly refurbished. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Convenience of airport shuttle is what w me needed and they delivered. When you arrive JFK, you take the air train to catch the shuttle, when you need a ride back, they drop you at your terminal. Make sure you get your name on the list though before the time slot fills up. The breakfast was excellent. They had a dedicated employee monitoring and helping guests. Food was basic, but was properly cooked and hot. This was perfect for us returning from overseas and catching a domestic flight home the next day.
