We only got our room cleaned once in 4 nights. Bell hop was extremely rude. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels twice and they only brought one roll and 2 large towels with no wash cloths. As a Bonvoy member, I will pass on this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to Penn Station if you plan to take the subway or can even walk all the way to Rockefeller Center/Times Square.. There's many food choices around but the hotel itself had simple breakfast options.. It was clean and less noisy than I expected it to be and it gives the appearance of also being safe as its across a NYPD building. The parking is not actually on site of the hotel but about 50 yards or so away but you just need to get the parking ticket stamped by the hotel to still get the hotel rate.. You'll have to ask the front desk for any basic amenity if you're the type to travel without like toothbrushes, etc. as its not already placed in the bathrooms for you.. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a first timer to NYC that also traveled in a group with a teen.. I would definitely recommend it to my family & stay here again.

Can't comment on breakfast as didn't eat in the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable although housekeeping was a little hit and miss as to the consistency of service each day. Hotel was easy walking distance from Penn station and to most areas for exploring the city. Also very easy to get to the theatres and happy to walk in the area back from theatre late at night on my own (single female). Central, but quiet.
