Great location - I liked the little plaza in front which is so rare for an urban hotel. Everything was very clean.... great location to walk to Broadway plays and so many food options.

The room is clean but everything is so small! The towels just won't dry in the bathroom. There are not enough elevators for the traffic they have. The breakfast is average continental, pastries are not fresh--nothing to be pleasantly surprised about. Hilton NY Times Square has a much better service and floor plan.

The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and informative. Excellent customer service! The hotel and our room was very clean. However, no surprise to us, our room was very small. The beauty of NYC.
