Staff was helpful, held our bags on day of departure while we walked the city before leaving. Room tidied up daily. The room was unique in design but as for comfort, wasnt great. We stayed for three nights every shower my fiance took was cold, due to no warm water. One of the showers I tried to take was cold. The entire hotel room was cold on top of this unless you pumped the heat to 90°, sliding door had a draft even of it was fully latched. Visually a pretty hotel but will try another hotel on our next visit.

The room was not cleaned on either day. On both days, I had to go to the front desk to ask for cleaning, and it finally happened late in the evening

Rooftop bar should be open for hotel guests. They were asking for a cover fee, which wasn’t expected and was exorbitantly high. Something for the hotel to take into consideration.

The hotel decoration/interior design was ultra modern with very low bed and uncomfortable mattress. When I woke up to take a shower, which I needed pretty badly and looking forward to there was no hot water. When I called the front desk, they said you should have hot water and what not very helpful when I checked out, I could not get anyone at the front desk to help me. It was only one person with about five people checking in and I had to leave. Staff was a little rude when checking in my room wasn’t ready even though I got there around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and check-in was at three and the person who was helping me didn’t know how to find me a room and someone else had to step in. Overall, for the price and location it worked out, but I really could’ve used the shower!
