Very friendly and helpful staff! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was construction occurring during our stay, so one elevator was not working which is a huge deal since they elevators are very small. It is a noisy street, but it is in Times Square.

SMALLEST ROOM besides when I stayed in a “Pod” hotel; did not receive daily water bottles as advertised. Dim lighting in bathroom vanity; elevator service very limited on weekend due to rooftop club; bouncer/doorman for rooftop club offered to “hold my drink” for me while I ran up to hotel room (to grab book and could not take drink with me), then proceeded to dump it and try to ghost me when I returned. Nice bartender replaced it for free when I complained; nice front staff/concierge gave me water when I asked for it.

Staying at the Dream Midtown was a dream!

We were in town for the Broadway debut of a family member and the Dream Midtown made the occasion so extra special for us, every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. Will recommend this hotel to everyone I know!!!!

This hotel is outstanding! It's spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and this is already my fourth time staying here. I love the location — just two blocks from Central Park — and there's a fantastic 24-hour deli right across the street with a delicious buffet. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Imelda Miguel, Director of Housekeeping, and Gonzalo Ortega for their exceptional service. After I accidentally left my laptop behind at checkout, they quickly arranged to have it FedExed to me while I was already at the airport. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality!

Short walk to the Theater District and shops on 5th Ave and Madison Ave. Serafina Restaurant’s food is delicious. PhD Bar is hip and fun with great rooftop lounge. Room rates exceptionally competitive. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Room smelled horrible upon arrival, thermostat was vanity (couldn’t regulate temp or fan), adjacent rooms were incredibly loud with small children. I was not notified there was construction next door until check in, made it impossible to work from room. Would NOT recommend.
