It’s tight for 5 people, hard to find a place for luggage. We were on the 5th floor and had a skylight in our room that doesn’t have a shade so you don’t get a chance to sleep in

Check in process was a bit different and having to retrieve keys from lock boxes at midnight in unknown areas is not ideal. Trying to listen to check in instructions as I’m at JFK in the loud airport just isn’t ideal. It would better to have this info prior to travel day. The 3 window units in the apartment are not sufficient to keep up with the 97 degree weather NYC had. Owners were kind enough to have 3 box fans delivered. Despite these efforts it still stayed 82-85 degrees inside. WiFi was great. Coffee maker in kitchen… geez… need a new one please. Linens all appeared dingy. Visible stains on comforter left us a bit uneasy. Keys… if your unit sleeps so many people please have more than one key available. Only one key.. no keypad.. we were locked out many times as we waited for others to return. Not ideal. For what we paid to stay in this unit for 8 days… we should’ve just gotten a hotel and saved ourselves a lot of frustration and perspiration.

Great location, ok place

The apartment is in a great location if you want to be near Times Square, midtown, central park, etc...We had two adults, one teenager, and 2 kids under 10 and it was tight. Although it may sleep 10 people, it is not designed to accommodate 10. Maybe 4 people with the size of the bathroom and kitchen/living room area. It was also not very clean. The shower and bed linens in particular.

The listing address was not the exact location. The second address we were given was just the location of the lockbox where the key would be. We were then instructed to proceed down the steet then across to a third address once in the apartment, everything was fine. I'm not sure ho the check-ins usually are for NYC but this one was

i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe to me. I deff recommend putting it in a spot where you don’t have to bend down and be off guard from suitcases . was a lovely building and apartment aside the cockroaches and the other small issues. My bed was comfortable and felt as though it was very clean, loved the skylight!
