Surprisingly quiet!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was prime for exploring the city. You can walk so many places within 30 mins, and close to the Herald Square station for trains. It was a nicely appointed room, and perfect for traveling with kids or friends who need a separate space (with its own TV no less). The view is a bummer if you aren’t on a higher floor, and there is no rooftop you can go to to my knowledge, so don’t book it for the Empire view. The best part of the hotel was how quiet it was, especially considering its Midtown location. We didn’t hear anything, even with being located by the elevator. Even the bathroom in the middle of the room was pretty quiet. Staff was very kind and helpful, and the car service came in clutch. Would definitely stay here again.

Short but but great.

The only place to stay in Midtown

The only place we stay in NY and visit several times a year. Everyone from the door person, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff make us feel welcome and special every time. Location is perfect.

Convenient location

The location was great. However, the bell desk doesn't open until 8 AM. We arrived at 7:30 AM and had to wait until it opened to leave our luggage. The bellman was super friendly, though. Unfortunately, the front desk staff weren't very friendly. They told me they would text when the room was available, but I never received a message.
