The staff at this site was truly unbelievable. I mean from the early check-in, the full breakfast every morning. Also itvwas my birthday on the day i arrived and one of the front desk workers brought me 5 slices of cheesecake from Juniors. I was absolutely astonished. They went above and beyond with my 4 day stay. I'd recommend them 20 out of 20 times.

Wonderful Staff
As a solo traveller i pay attention to hotel location, amenities and customer service as those 3 things have a huge effect on whether i feel safe or not. I checked in on an evening and was welcomed by Johan and Luca at the front desk. They're both lovely and really made the effort to be friendly and helpful. It was a short stay but the rooms were impeccably clean , quiet and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it

Nice & affordable hotel in downtown Brooklyn. Subway is only a few blocks away so, getting around was easy. Staff was great & the food in the hotel bar was delicious. I definitely recommend if you don’t want to pay the higher prices for a hotel in Manhattan.
