The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was able to get checked in 5 hours early with no additional cost. Location was perfect because it was within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and is in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I’ve had and offered great variety with good quality food.

Room amenities were not property maintenance for restroom, not clean carpet in the room , no property change for clean bed sheets, room temperature was unstable no ventilators for humidity and no clean cabinets there was clothing found from previous guest.

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, courteous, professional, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind. We spoke to a maintenance engineer, a housekeeper, and front desk team AM/PM) shifts and they all shared a pet friendly story. Our dog is treated like a celebrity and we appreciate a hotel that considers pet parents. We will see you next fall…

Excellent experience. Check-in was quick, professional, and pleasant. The suite was wonderful. It was absolutely spotless and spacious, setting the perfect tone for an elegant escape. The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter.
