The property location is unbeatable, the rest of the hotel not so much. I read reviews and the management knows the issues guest are having but fail to correct. Our room was not handicapped accessible as we requested. The AC is very noisy and we couldn't sleep well. Breakfast food was good but very poor location. The room was not worth the price we paid even with the great location and the staff attitude was, suck it up. I will not recommend nor stay at this location again. I don't mind the cost, it's NYC, but the hotel could do better. Sad to come to Times Square on a once in a lifetime trip and have to deal with this place, heart breaking and embarrassing for our out of country guess .

Overall we enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn near Times Square. It's close to everything and yet, just around the corner from the noise. Small rooms but had all we needed. We had to wait for elevators several times and thankfully we weren't in a rush. The breakfast is well stocked and very crowded. Not amazing food but adequate. They were great to work with me for a few things I needed extra help with, including switching rooms when we were put next to the maintenance room, shower not working and my son's wi-fi not working. Overall pleasant stay.

Room was very small even though it had two double beds. City view was non existent due to windows being so dirty! Check in staff very polite and helpful. Luggage storage after check out very easy and convenient. Help with bags and getting a cab was very good.

Worst stay of all the Hiltons It starts right at check in when the person alloting the rooms says it is connected room then goes ahead and books rooms with small bed when we clearly booked king, while King rooms are available!!. We are a hilton gold member, however in terms of service the hotel does not keep a small bottle of water for guests!! All the guest come travelling from far off. After charging 400 bucks a room for a n8ght cant even providee water. The bathroom do not have vents, AC is loud and the property just runs on its location being good. Never staying there again.

Room was small, but that is what you’ll get in Manhattan. Room was clean, we seemed to get fresh towels daily. All interaction with staff was excellent and done with a smile by them. Free breakfast in the morning was a full meal deal. Very good quality food and big selection. Not just a continental breakfast.

When I checked in firstly they gave me a very tiny room with shower space just to stand . Next morning I left early morning came back at 7pm the toom was mot cleaned amd all the dinner plates and garbage was mot cleared . I called the reception and they said dont have service at this hour . It was a terrible experience and will never stay there .

With proximity to Times Square being ideal for those seeking it, this is an extremely busy, loud, and crowded hotel. The lobby was jam packed at nearly all hours and elevator waits were long. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but thermostats weren't allowed to be adjusted and so it the rooms got quite stuffy at night. For one night you could do far worse, but for the price and inconveniences you can also do much better.
