Nice place to stay in Times Square with good location. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and nice to have-a pretty good variety that changes from one day to the next. Rooms were small, but clean. Elevator was busy at times, especially busy breakfast times. I suggest a higher up room as it’s easier to get an elevator. We asked for a scenic room and it had an okay view, not great on the 18th floor, but it was okay. We got their early and they held our bags for free. Check in was easy.

great location !

great location for most of what we wanted to do. it was quite a surprise to see the size of the room and bathroom, but it was very clean upon arrival, and they did let us check in a little ahead of schedule to a double room, when we reserved a king, so maybe the king rm was a little bigger. we had issues with our TV- every system is different- but we werent there to watch TV, so we managed.

Perfect location to Times Square and much more

Hotel is a great location steps to Times Square! Best pizza across the street at Little Italy. Rooms are a box though. No place to put luggage. Breakfast was ok but often no place to sit.

Hotel is a great area. Close to Times Square, theaters and subway. Rooms are very small - just enough room to walk around bed small. Of course they want to have as many rooms as possible. Paid for a 'city view' but I guess that meant a view of the building across the street. Staff was really good and property was clean. Breakfast was the usual available at all Hapton Inns.

The hotel was nice and the staff helpful. I will say that when initially checking in they tried to charge me more than the rate Expedia had quoted. Also, we booked a room with a King-sized bed and paid extra for a room with a view of the city. All they had was a room with two double beds, and the only view was the side of another building. But the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a bit of a madhouse with all the people, but the food selection was good.

I drove into Times Square in a rental car (huge ford expedition). They told me to just park or double park the car in front of hotel. I did. They parked it for me ($95 - expensive!) and brought it back to me two days later when I requested. I was shocked how easy it was. The hotel is clean and very safe. You have to present key before getting in elevator. I was traveling alone as a woman and felt extremely safe. Check in and out was quick. Breakfast buffet was extensive - eggs and all.
