Check in took forever because it was 3:00 & they had 2 people working the desk. I was in my room 5 minutes before someone opens my door. It was maintenance to fix wallpaper. He apologized, saying the front desk told him the room was vacant. Always use the 2nd lock! Temp in room never got above 69 even though I had the heat set to 75. No ice machines available except for floors 4 & 10, which I was told since I’m on the 7th floor I didn’t have access too… even though I had an ice bucket. Bed wasn’t comfortable. No complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was cold. Coffee tasted stale. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff is average, not particularly friendly or helpful. Our room was in between the elevator and a utility room perhaps so it was pretty loud. Fabulous location however- central to most everything in NYC.

We were very happy with our stay. Jason a bell boy should be the hotel manager!!! He was amazing!!! Very helpful in answering questions!! Telling us where to eat and watching out for us so we don’t get taken advantage of through our adventures. We came from mn and stayed 3 nights and definitely would stay again. Hopefully we will be back soon!!!

Overall enjoy my stay. Came for a concert at Radio City Hall and it was just a 2 blocks away which was perfect. Walking distance from times square with many shopping and food options. Hotel room was clean and update/modern. Free breakfast was great and the Rooftop lounge has a nice scenic view at night. Would definitely book again for my next trip to NYC.

Excellent location. We booked a king bed room, but the bed was definitely a queen. Asked the front desk after check-in and they confirmed it was a king room so be prepared. Room is small, but not surprising for a Times Square hotel.

Property was amazing and clean, staff was attentive and welcoming, especially the breakfast server Ynosencia, she was so sweet. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave in the breakfast area so guest can warm the milk or creamer for the coffee. Not everyone like cold milk or creamer ,cause it makes the coffee cold.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for a short getaway and a Knicks game. It was an actual block from Times Square, the subway and all the shops were right outside! It was awesome and the rooms were updated and very clean. They offered valet parking on site for a cheaper rate than the local garages. The staff were so kind. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was immaculate and clean. Breakfast had many options. Friendly staff. Room was very small but it’s NYC. The only downside to our stay was during the middle of the night when we were trying to sleep. When the heat came on, the heater made a very loud mechanical noise as it went on and off all night long so we had terrible sleep.

The staff was great, room was very clean- although a little tight if you are sleeping 2 to a full bed. Fine for us, because we were not. The only snag is if you are trying to use the elevator at around 9 am… consider the stairs. Elevators have lengthy waits as breakfast closes at 10. Otherwise no complaints and I would stay there again.
