Property has a great location in times square. Clean and good staff. But the elevators are annoying. The A/C temperature controlled by the Hotel is not fair when you paid $400 per night. Won't stay again.

The Room was amazing and clean. The Full-body sized mirror is a plus. Just had an issue with the waiting time for the elevator especially during peak hours of breakfast. Other than that, i would say my overall experience was very good.

I liked that this hotel is within walking distance of Times Square and restaurants. Some things I didn't like was the cold and bland breakfast they offered, and that their elevators take a long time to open during morning rush hours.
