We had a great time here. Staff were first rate and made the stay a once in a lifetime experience. Special shout outs to Al and Peter in the restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and spotless. The location is great for access to theaters, subway system, and Times Square. Definitely recommend.

The room was spotless and the perfect location for our NYC trip! We absolutely loved the breakfast (room service) and we also enjoyed our 2 visits to Sessions. If you go to Sessions the soups on the menu are amazing and the craft cocktails are very good. Ask for Augustus, he was an amazing server and we felt he was very accommodating and friendly!

Spotless room, staff was welcoming and all-around amazing, and you absolutely cannot beat the location- a block and a half from Times Square but tucked on a road where you aren’t staring at bright lights 24 hours a day.

The bell area was slow. Tried to check in before 3pm and instead of checking us in and giving us a text or call when the room is ready, they told us to come back later. Hallway areas are loud from the room and there were people coming and going all night making noise. The coffee maker wasn't working. I called to have it fixed, which they did, but they used a coffee pod to test it with and didn't replace it so I had to ask for more coffee pods. Just silly things that a hotel of this rating should handle better.

Excellent location in Times Square. I stayed here five days. Be aware that a $40 per day Resort fee will be charged when you check out. A meal was incorrectly charged to my account, but was removed at checkout. Friendly professional staff. Excellent gym area. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.
