Such a beautiful hotel. Having gone to Hard Rock restaurants for 35 years, we chose to stay in this hotel as a guest for our anniversary!!! Being anything expected!! Staff-ALL of the staff is wonderfully accommodating and so welcoming.

I’ve stayed here for business trips and had previously great experiences. However this last time was so bad that I won’t return. The pipes in the bathroom knock together anytime the floors above you wash their hands or flush a toilet. The result is non-stop clinking and clanking in the walls. I reported this on check out only to be met with the typical “sorry for your experience, we’ll take it into consideration, here’s a giant bill anyways, tooodles”. So. Skip the stay.

Room was incredibly clean and quiet for being as close to Times Square as it is. Only small issue I had was length of time getting car when needed. They ask you to call 45 minutes in advance, which I did, and it took an hour and a half to arrive.
