I love this hotel. I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’ve had zero issues. It’s clean - next to everything and the beds are beyond comfortable. Also for being close to if not in times square - zero noise in the hallways and bedroom - maybe the first time in a long time I slept so well in manhattan:)

The rooms were big by NYC standards and very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and we were high up so found it very quiet. Staff were generally very helpful infact very very nice except sometimes at night when you call star service they were a bit short on the phone and not helpful at all that I would say needs sorting ! . Be aware to get your full 20 dollars per room allowance you must split bills between the rooms or it can get awkward to sort out and some staff were not helpful with this, others were amazing !! The lady who checked us in and out, the same lady, was brilliant as was her Mgr that day and Lisa the Mgr one evening as was the concierge. There is no tea in your room only coffee so for uk / Irish travellers that’s a real pain. For the money you pay I’m so disappointed they wouldn’t provide teabags as they did provide a kettle .. that’s my my only real gripe otherwise it’s an excellent hotel to stay at in the centre of NYC.

So fun and close to time square but enough away to not be too loud! Very friendly staff and very clean! Do not like the “cooler” concept instead of a freezer fridge. Especially with traveling with medication that must be refrigerated
