This was my first stay at this location and I have already booked another stay in October based on my experience. It is very convenient to walk to nearby theaters, stores and restaurants and several major subway lines are very nearby. Considering it is located two blocks from Times Square, it is relatively quiet and the sidewalks are not crowded near the hotel.

Our stay was pretty good after all But the room is too small for 4 people and the air conditioner was making a lot of noise. There are only 2 elevators for a 21 floors hotel. One of the elevators wasn’t working so we had to go down 17 floors If you come 2 people to the hotel in the winter it’s nice.

Staff wasn’t very friendly with greetings and giving a welcoming feel. Iced water was empty and staff saw us trying to get more. I was suprised they didn’t say anything or refill it for us. There was so much noise and trash from a party going on and multiple detours Sunday 8/11 and we couldn’t even drive down our hotel street and park because of it. Drove around for over an hour extra trying to find parking around the area and had to walk to our hotel. Multiple restaurants were closed around the area. There was no complimentary breakfast and we spent a lot of money at this hotel for two nights. I would not stay at this hotel again

This place was trash. Apart from the room and property being dirty, outdated and rude/inconsiderate staff what a beautiful way to wake up with extreme jackhammer noise right out front at 5am every morning. Never again. Was like $280 / night lol

The hotel was perfect for my needs. room was clean, beds extremely comfortable, bed linens soft. Daily housekeeping! the one negative at present there is quite a bit of construction happening on the street near the hotel. At night, all was quiet but during the day time wasa differnt story.

Staff and location is wonderful. Closets are very tiny and no drawers. We only had 3 suitcases and could not unpack much. There was only one suitcase stand. I have been to New York several times and understand space issues, but this was the smallest space I have stayed. Very neat and clean. Their staff here is awesome.
