Great hotel for a stay in Manhattan

Location of the hotel was excellent; convenient to most of Manhattan. Lot's of sights, shopping and dining within a short walk. The staff - - and I do mean all of them that I encountered - - were friendly and helpful.

Rude and unhelpful staff

Although our stay was comfortable enough the hotel staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, when asking for hot water to fill our flask for our 7 month old we were told we couldn’t have any and that this was put away at 11am. Also our room was cleaned ok on day one, however on day 2 the trash was not emptied, with nappies etc this was unacceptable, old pillow covers and a dirty rag had been left in the room. The rooms were incredibly small and little room to store luggage etc.

Good if somewhat stuffy room (the windows don’t open). Very nice staff, breakfast selection is pretty small but everything is clean. Great location for Grand Central and most Manhattan locations.

Very clean property, walking distance from Times Square. Rooms are a decent size, I didn't have a great view but I'm sure there are some with great views. Will stay again, parked in the lot next door, use Spot Hero for a better rate!
