He had a very bad experience with bug bites from I think comes from the bed sheets. It was itchy. We arrived in the room, found hair in the sink and bathtub.

You don't know a key card to get in the building or use the elevator, which means ANYONE can get in anywhere they want to. The outer sliding door was broken and wouldn't close, so the lobby was freezing (I felt sorry for the people who had to work at the front desk). And only one elevator was working. All the guests and housekeeping were reduced to using one elevator. Don't stay here.

It's in a convenient location and check in staff was very pleasant but overall it's equivalent to a motel 6. Linens ripped, tires run down room/bathroom toilet just old and needs upgrade!

The hotel location was good for our travel plans. However the condition and cleanliness of the room was a bit below average. There was mold on the roof in the bathroom and paint peeling off. The toilet looks old and well used. Heater was very noisy. But over all the staff were nice and the location was adequate. Except for holes living down the street of the hotel. But that looked common for NY
