Limited dining options ,but otherwise a great stay

Great location . Room suited us as a family of 3 . Breakfast was incl in our room rate , but it is very limited and regimented !!! 4 items per person , and either juice or coffee - not allowed both (god forbid you ask for a glass of water ) 😂 Personally I would ditch the breakfast option , as there are loads of really nice bakery’s a block away and nice parks to sit and eat your breakfast in and watch the world go by , which is exactly what we did for 3/4 mornings .

The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to alot of sights, great dining options all around. Subway right outside front door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean all around. My only negative is about the beds, they were very uncomfortable and not supportive at all. It was like the bed in national lampoons european vacation. But overall a great experience, and would definitely stay there again.

Felt very safe and comfortable as a family of four. Loved the high floor with great view of the Empire State Bldg and being so high, zero street and city noise. Staff was helpful and friendly. Mini fridge AND microwave was a big plus.

The service was excellent, as everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Although breakfast is not included, there is a café, which has a nice assortment which can be purchased à la carte. In terms of public transportation, the hotel is only a few steps away from the subway and several blocks away from Penn Station (for Amtrak and commuter trains). Overall, it was a great experience.

We really enjoy the room. Unfortunately, the double size bed are smaller that standard double. Also, the free wifi is for members only, which is a bit measleading. Finally, the parking is from a third party half a block up the street. It was safe and easy to use, but it is not at the hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice and the location was perfect.
