No restaurant just snacks to be bought from shop which were really expensive. Room was quite dated. Staff were lovely and helpful though. Overpriced compared to other properties near by with better facilities

I reserved a king deluxe room two weeks prior to my stay. Upon checking in I was given a double. When I spoke with the front desk I was told they had no more even though I reserved the king room and that I didn’t even reserve a king, even though I showed proof. The man at the desk said “yeah well you booked on a third party so we can’t help you”. There’s a sign in the elevator that says if you are not completely satisfied to let them know and they’ll make it righ “GUARANTEED”. Yet they didn’t. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Will never stay here again.

Everything was great except for the coffee corner. Neither the tea nor the coffee is drinkable — it’s terrible. Please consider changing the supplier. How many of your guests actually prefer jasmine tea over regular tea?

I chose this hotel mainly because it is quite close to NYU’s Langone hospital, where I’m participating in a clinical trial for cancer treatment. The location was totally convenient and the room was clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. All the staff were wonderful too. That said, I wouldn’t stay here again for that travel purpose. The hotel is really aimed at tourists who are out all day (and it’s fine for that, if you just need a crash pad at night)… it just wasn’t very comfortable for longer stretches of rest and recovery — including, there was a gap between the headboard and the bed where the pillows kept falling in the night — and the bed took up most of the small room, so finding a good place for luggage was awkward. The “meals” available in the 24/7 shop are things like microwave pizzas and ramen noodles… great for certain demographics, but not so much for a cancer patient who doesn’t have much energy to venture out. TL;dr — fine for a tourist crash pad, just not recommended if you’re in the neighborhood for medical reasons!

Hotel was located close to shopping, restaurants and a lot of attractions. Hotel is very basic with no bells or whistles, but the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was punctual. Ironing board was broke so the iron kept falling off every time I sat it down.

Very convenient to Penn Station and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, this place is a joy. Good beds, good shower, good service: this is a well-run, no frills place to stay in the heart of NYC. We'll be back.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect – everything was within walking distance and very convenient. However, it’s important to request a higher floor because the lower floors can be quite noisy. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience, especially thanks to the unbeatable location.
