Hi we are staying at your hotel like it's our staycation house every weekends. Did someone suggest your hotel to atleast include a slippers(2) and a bathrobe(2) each room? Like that is atleast a descent service. Are you maybe worried that your guest might wear those robe and slippers in your breakfast area near at the main door entrance while eating the watery eggs, not cook oatmeals and stale cereals?! Gosh please this is america but asian country is really the best in hospitality

Supervisor at night is horrible, and you won’t get the room you were promised. From what I saw in the photo they ended up putting us under in the basement. Then proceed to say that standard rooms are underground but as per the photo I see that the room is above ground with lots of sunlight, so disappointing, then supervisor stated we can cancel our booking without a refund 😂what a joke . Wouldn’t recommend at all.
