Room was great, shower was nice. Great view loved hearing the city sound’s with a cracked window. Negatives- waited 25 minutes for the elevator, hotel staff and corporate staff were rude with some exceptions which made it not as welcoming, would most likely book with a different hotel next time

Clean rooms, fantastic maid service- but a Huge caveat. There are only two elevators and it takes at least 10-minutes to wait for elevators- elevators are very crowded. Steps away from major sightseeing. Room is tiny - but all in all decent value for the price
