The room was as expected but the reception staff were so dismissive and unpleasant that it made any interaction with them difficult. Perhaps this is the New York way, but should it be the Holiday Inn way? Also, the trash and affected people congregated/lying outside the hotel every evening is very off-putting.

Very convenient location for bus stand, shopping and the popular times square. Very helpful staffs. I highly recommend all to stay and enjoy their holiday at New York City.
