Staff was excellent. Location was great, a lot of shopping, restaurants walking distance. Biggest issue at this stay was the waiting on the elevator. There are only (2) that service entire hotel. Other than that, it was great.

Stayed for 7 days. Positives:- the room was very clean, bed very comfortable, room made up and cleaned daily, room was on 20th floor and very quiet. Breakfast was predictable but did the job- scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, bacon, bread/toast, porridge, hot drinks and orange juice. Location is great, walking distance to Broadway, empire state and many more popular sites. 7/11 shop right next door. Negatives:- Decor is getting a little tired in the rooms however it was very clean. No water dispenser in lobby. We brought refillable bottles and used the water dispenser in the gym which is on the lower level but the lobby would have been more convenient. There can be a long wait for lifts in the morning so allow time. Overall would recommend and would stay again if visiting NYC. Comfortable clean room, good location for exploring the sites.
