It was a good place to stay for just a night. Small rooms and the door was messed up for the key card

Bed and the bathroom were clean. This place is okay for a night to get some good sleep. There are few parking available in the back of the building. The drive way is narrow and is difficult with SUV. Subway is close by.

Comfortable

This hotel is actually really nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was upgraded and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the LIRR all throughout the night (maybe they can invest in sound proofing the windows). Also the hallway smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay.

I was looking for an affordable hotel in Brooklyn, and I started reading their bad reviews, ALL BAD REVIEWS for all hotels say they are dirty, so I decided to ignore bad reviews. When I arrived I verified and my room was clean: bed, bathroom, even the fridge was clean 😆. I noticed my room was in front of the air train and every 5 minutes one train passes, but the receptionist helped closing the window so hermetically that I didn’t hear it any more, and I think train don’t pass late in the night. Last but not least, I should leave at 11am but as I was running Brooklyn Half Marathon and arrived at 11:30, they gave me some additional time to take a shower. Very nice from them. Definitely recommend and will return to this hotel.

Very easy check in, convenient parking included. Room had a fridge which was a plus. Reasonably comfortable but could’ve been slightly cleaner. Needs better pillows. And more than one iron on the property would be ideal. Overall not bad.

hotel ok. But if you take a room with two beds you will get a room facing the street and the train tracks from the airport to the center. very noisy. I would rather allocate the hotel space for a multi-storey car park

Even though parking was free, they have limited spaces, as well as the spots are very tight. If you have a large SUV like a Yukon or Expedition, good luck trying to squeeze into a spot. Rooms were smaller than expected but being in NY understandable. They did not have an iron or hair dryer. You have to ask the front desk to borrow and you have to return it back, couldn’t keep it until you leave. There was not closet, just a hanging rack near the bed and no draws to store clothes. We ended leaving a day earlier than what we had planned

No dining…front desk clerk, while smilingly pleasant, barely spoke English…key card for room kept failing; elevator loud clanging noises and unreliable…our vehicle was damaged in the horribly undersized parking lot; and the train across the street is very loud and the building shakes when it passes; there was hot water, but a couple of small, thin towels…sheets seemed clean, but didn’t fit the bed, and the comforter had multiple stains; we left a day early because it was unbearable; asked for manager to call and discuss the above issues…nothing yet…

Nightmare on Elm Street in Brooklyn

I wish I could get a refund, 1st off there was “no” parking available every time we made it back to the hotel. We had to drive around and look for parking. Then we had to walk quite a few blocks at different unsafe times of the day. The front desk clerk did not speak English. The first room she put us in was extremely dirty, coffee in the shower stall, no toilet seat and a dirty rug. The 2nd room was a little better, but no mattress cover on a crusty mattress. I was truly mad that I booked 2 nights. I would’ve actually slept in the car for comfort. I was scared to leave my stuff that first day we went out. The hall ways also reeked of marijuana. A big no-no!!

It was fine. The area felt a bit rough. The staff were kind and helpful. Cheaper than Manhattan. Probably an okay stay for a night or two if you are traveling alone.
