City view is not a city view it’s a view of buildings that look like projects, rooms are pretty small and they charge an extra 100$ deposit in the room

The property does not have even a hot water electric kettle in the room, and the hot water in the cafeteria basically finished by the even . The Staff is ok ok, But the above thinks can improve.

Good hotel - amazing price

Newly opened - and rooms generally in good condition, although the cupboards were a little battered and tired - marker pen marks over the furniture. Room small but clean and comfortable. Area a bit sketchy, and not much in terms of coffee shops etc anywhere near by. The hotel also doesn’t offer coffee to buy OR breakfast (or food for that matter) apart from weak drip coffee and pastries until 10am, that are not the freshest. Do not select breakfast as the pastries are free anyway - as I said no other breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and helpful, and in general the hotel is good. I would definitely stay again, as the price is extremely good for a hotel in NYC - and is convenient to get into mid town, just bare in mind the lack of amenities, and that there is no food available in the hotel.

It was a great spot for my quick weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again. It was tiny but very convenient. I loved their pillows ! I probably will take extra precautions at night but other than that it was great.

Room itself was nice and we had a great view. The only downside was that the AC did not work, even after maintenance reset it. However, it was cold anyway, so this didn’t bother us too much.
