Really nice property prime location walking distance to Times Square literally just three blocks away . Breakfast was very good . Good customer service . Will definitely stay here again. No complaints .

A good solid, no frills hotel in a very good, central location in downtown NYC. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. The basics were covered. I would stay here again.

The AC wasn't working and requested to be moved and was told they needed to inspect it. I had to complain three times and the technician showed up the following day. Keep in mind this was in July during a heat wave. I was told they would credit me a night. But I never received anything.

Too cramped up space for almost 450$ a night expected lot better from Hyatt except for being 0.7 miles from times square nothing is attractive about this hotel. My worst experience of all the hotels i have ever been at.

It was overpriced for what it was. Could have stayed across the street at Holiday Inn Express and had the exact same experience. I was expecting a luxury stay and this was just OK.
