The property is walking distance from Port Authority. Very easy to navigate. The hotel is clean, even if the room is small its still good for New York standard. The food is great, they have different selections and big place to seat down for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I'm in New York. They also have a luggage storage that is a plus if you need to go around the city without your suitcase. Thanks alot Hyatt Place!

Hotel overall was good, I wasn’t happy we only got housekeeping one day, had to call and ask for them to come and provide clean towels and take trash out. The lobby restaurant had great service and good food. The hotel area isn’t the best, it’s dirty, loud and at times felt unsafe.

Nice location, but very busy.

Located in a great central location, but not too close to Times Square. The problem with the hotel is the size, it is 26 floors but with a small lobby that was always overflowing. Being in the lobby was like a refugee camp, and wait times for the 4 elevators could take around 10 minutes.

Street out side is super busy with delivery trucks and cars. The lobby was extremely crowded and the worst was a sewer smell in the lobby. I parked in front of hotel to check-in. Dropped off luggage in the room, went back to move my car and found a $115 parking ticket in it. Hotel staff said there were nothing they could do. We were also told parking was selfparkinf and there was a garage next to the hotel. Well. The garage is 3 blocks away and the cost is $60 per day. Our room was ok. Clean, nice bed and bath. However there was no desk. Also, bring water bottles to drink. Thee were 2 water bottles in the bedroom but they charge $6 per bottle if you drink them. You are better off staying in the Hyatt Centric nearby. Much better value.

Nice hotel, Employees very friendly. There was always someone at the entrance to let you in. The breakfast was ok….to me not very selective ( maybe a New York thing) should be more options. Housekeeping was amazing! My room was clean each day….
