Walking distance to time square

This was my first time staying at this hotel . It was walking distance to time square .. few blocks away . There were eateries around the corner on each block which made it convenient. The hotel was very busy and packed each day of our stay making the breakfast lines long . We didn’t eat at the hotel we like to eat at local restaurants. Over all stay was ok . We only slept in our room.

Unbelievably terrible experience with the hotel. The staff and housing keeping are hard to deal with. House keeping no one speaks english. Our room never had the basic toiletries and we always had to ask for it and was told that they ran out of it. We stayed there for three nights. Breakfast is the only thing thats good. Hotel staff never answers the phone and their mailbox is always full. They never gave me the bill at checkout and was told that they would email it. A couple days after I got the receipt and was charged extra on my CC. Cant get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Been trying for two days.

The only issue I had was the elevators. I was on the 10th floor and by the time the elevator arrived they were always full. Be prepared to wait. There only 4 elevators.
