One of the managers was full of lies during the check-in process. He claimed that the room type I had booked was unavailable and tried to convince me to accept a downgrade, despite the room still being listed as available online. I had also paid extra for that specific room type. He then asked me to cancel my reservation through Expedia and rebook directly with the hotel. It was really unpleasant and I never had similar experience at other hotels.

Definitely a most if you are visiting NYC, plan to go to Times Square and want to be close to it, just walking distance. It’s super convenient, especially if traveling with young children. Also, the staffs are amazing and the place is clean.

Room was small but very clean and updated. Fine for what we needed. Check in and check out simple and staff helpful and kind. Area had plenty of store and dining options. Two self parking lots on the same block. Free breakfast was good but does get very busy at times. Suggestions for least busy times are shown on elevator. Would stay again.
