The room was very inexpensive by NYC standards. It also was very small with no room to open a suitcase. The one electrical outlet that was not in use had a cover that fell off letting cold in into the room. There was no outlet near the coffee maker. Room was ok for one night.

I told the front desk staff i was traveling from PR to NY with my grandchild early birthday Gift to see snow and enjoy winter . I didn't like the fact that the staff seemed unconcerned abiut my missing package. Telling me I had to go door to door to surrounding hotels asking if they received my package. My package came in 2 pieces, both delivered on the same day and same time. I got thr big package but the small one was never found.
