The room and facilities were clean but the room was absolutely tiny and the toilet stopped flushing. We were awakened to excessive noise several times in the night. The elevators were excruciatingly SLOW.

Great value but chaotic

i’ve stayed here several times because the price for the location can’t be beat. it’s away from the chaos of midtown but still accessible to so much. however the hotel is always over crowded, service is meh (they’re probably overworked so who can blame them), and the breakfast is so bad. the main issue is the elevators - there are four and at times i’ve had to wait 10 minutes in a very hot hallway just to get one and find its full. It’s also a lot of large families which is fine but i’m looking for a little more quiet. Again, the price and location is great and the bed is comfortable so who knows - i might stay again. But if you have a little budget flexibility, maybe take the upgrade

One of the managers was really rude. Told us we had to go outside to wait for our ride cause there was too many people in the lobby. A guy from the front desk was supposed to call the transportation company to move up our pick up time the day before. Said he would call and he never called to change the time. The company was also late for pick up. The cleaning staff didn't want to clean our room when requested to clean. They left our room door open when we requested extra towels. We came back from dinner to find our room open.

We had a great time during our stay. The included breakfast was excellent. However, the elevator waiting time, especially during breakfast, was terrible. Another drawback was the room size, which was very small and cramped.
