The elevators were a huge issue during breakfast/busy times. Maybe have one be weight sensitive and the other on a different algorithm? Otherwise, we loved our stay!! Cute little bar and dining area for complimentary breakfast, great view from our room, affordable!

Elevator issue: Other than that a Great Stay!!

It was an amazing experience staying here. We were at the 45th floor so the view was great. Only 1 concern: There are 45 floors with approx. more than 15 rooms on each floor & only 4 elevators, out of which 1 was permanently "out of order". It was a grave inconvenience. People were waiting for avg. 20-25 mins for the elevator.

Great rooms at a good location

A good place to stay for a few nights. Rooms were great with fantastic views and a comfy bed. The only downsides was the quality of breakfast options, some hot food was left cold for a long period of time and a lack of options meant we only had it once during our stay. Peak times also are a nightmare if you want to use the lift. Appreciate its a busy hotel with lots of floors, however it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get downstairs, plus we had to take the stairs around 30 floors which was tiring. Perhaps need a look at making the lifts more frequent and routed better.
