The staff was really attentive, the hotel was clean. I did not like that even though breakfast was still supposed to be served for 40 more min, they stopped cooking food. Whatever was out was out and they didn’t care that they ran out. They even ran out of coffee and chose not to make more.

All was good except the elevators. Took a long time to arrive. One time a hotel employee was in one with a large cart. There appeared to be room for a passenger, but he didn’t make room for us to enter.

The property is nice. Though the rooms are a bit small. We came at a very busy period so we had to wait extremely long for the elevators and the dining hall was crammed pack at mornings. So I would recommend booking during the off season or at generally not to busy period.

Pros: clean, conveniently located, responsive management team when issues were brought to their attention Cons: hot water issues, elevator broken causing extremely long wait times (had to use the stairs to/from the 17th floor), very small rooms Overall I would say that although this is rated a 4 star hotel, it is more like a 3 star hotel.

Had no heat in my room during my stay and the elevator situation is brutal. You need to plan to wait for elevators for at least 15-20 minutes each time. One elevator was also out of service on our second, third, and forth day which made it even worse. Otherwise the rooms are nice and the front desk staff are nice.
