Had a great stay at this hotel. Lobby was beautiful, room clean and large enough for me and my daughter and finally the hotel was walking distance from great restaurants and sites such as Grand Central station, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, St. Patrick's Cathedral and more.

They never picked up my room service trays on both mornings. I left all day and they dirty trays were still outside of my room when I returned at night. Also, they failed to make up my room one day, and I did not have a do not disturb sign on. I normally stay there when in NYC, but this time was very disappointing.

The room was beautiful and everywhere was spotless!! We however, thought the breakfast was VERY expensive for a "buffet". Maybe have some other options. But the staff and reception people were all wonderful!
