The location is great customer service is great and the complimentary breakfast was great! The room was clean and well appointed with a mini fridge and safe! Unfortunately the bed was beyond firm and the heater was so loud when it kicked on every 20 mins or so it woke me up.

The accomdation was vety clean, tidy and well kept with sunning views from the roof top. However the staff where not very welcoming, didnt great or allow for easy check in, rude in the mornings when we said hello, not very helpful when we approched. Breakfast not for us no vegan options just pancakes, sausage and potattos tots with proccesed bagels only ate there one as not to nice. Did have the basic amnities and from another staying advised their was a gym. It was close to the subway and a quick walk to thw waters edge, felt relativley safe, overall only lwet down was the team and breakfast, cant say we'd go back here but it is a budget friendly hotel. Thank you

Good location, nice deco, nice size, wood flooring is a big plus despite the fact that there are some gaps, and most importantly, no bed bugs found in my room. Windows cannot be open though. The AC unit is very strong and you cannot tune it down, and it is a little too dry for my nose and skin. Overall, good place to stay in New York.

Great stay overall. Only caught off guard that the cleaning staff started at 8 am on the weekend. A little early to hav the door knocked on for us. Later, when the room had been serviced, they did an excellent job.

The room had all the basic amenities. Wish they had a microwave. The air conditioner was noisy. I'm glad that the weather was on the warmer side for the season, so I didn't have to use the air conditioner. It would have kept me up all night since it was noisy. I liked the quietness. I was in the corner room. There was no noise from other parts of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the noise levels from the other rooms and lobby was very nominal but there was definitely noise coming from outside the hotels which the hotel should consider as it close to the main road. The cleaning staff did a good job in keeping the rooms in order. There is a laundry in the basement too which helps when you are staying for few days. The location is very close to the court Sq-23 station like 2 mins walking. The views for the roof top was amazing The only downside was the breakfast was the same everyday, could do with some variety and other choices rather than keeping it the same. Also the time allocated for dining was restricted to only 30 mins. When it's busy this isnt enough. Apart from that we had a good time.
