New property in excellent condition in a distressed neighborhood area. Street signage, parking, and in room tech instructions need improvements. Basic new age furnishings. Great value for short stays

Ly New York Hotel has a very modern look that's a dream. Easy check-in and the front desk was wonderful. I had a concern with my initial room and it was fixed immediately. Very comfortable stay and only 10 minutes from LGA.

The staff weren’t professional and they are rude. the hotel is so much smaller and different from the picture and they did not give me back my deposit when i literally cleaned the whole room before leaving and even tipping
