Management should look into having a designated service elevator. The small elevator space and amount of stops and interruptions due to staff dimmed the experience of the hotel.

Great hotel. Staff was excellent, location great, really clean. Rooms were small but that seems to be the trend in NYC.

Great location with a view

Great location near chelsea, very walkable to restaurants and subways. Seemed to be safe area. Staff was friendly. Upgraded view from floor 37 was amazing.
