Was given a room that was not even cleaned up. The bed was slept in and bathroom was dirty. So I call the front desk to rectify the situation and they told me they will call me back. That never happened! I now go down to the front desk and get a different room. Go all the way back upstairs to find out the keys won’t let me into the room. There was also so much garbage on the floor in the hallway. Just not a great experience all around . Not for the price I paid for the room

My awesome experience started before my stay at The New York Hilton - Midtown. I spoke with Rosie at the concierge desk, who made me feel great about selecting this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assisted by Mei, who like Rosie provided stellar service; I mean top notch!❤️ The experience was so great that I bought them both flowers; I even extended my stay! While it may have been their jobs, they both exuded such a pleasant and warm personality, that is often lacking in customer service. Additionally, all other personnel that I had limited interactions with were very kind. If ever I return to NYC for an.extended stay, The New York Hilton - Midtown is where I'm staying.

It was terrible . An old room, terrible bathroom leaking and blocked . Room was dirty and torn furniture and unusable amenities . Hidden fees , I paid almost $400 a night for a 1/2 star motel type facility .

Bathroom was less than clean for a Hilton property. Signs of mold in the bathroom, just didn’t appear clean. The curtains were falling off their hinge. Less than desirable.

Perfect location for staying in midtown. Could walk to many sights, and then be removed a couple of blocks for a more quiet/peaceful stay. Lobby and amenities/shops were amazing. We got a $30 credit to use every day which was perfect for breakfast or grabbing waters on our way home at night. Rooms seemed a little outdated, beds not the most comfortable, but overall would recommend.

I booked the room for sleeping 4, there was only one bed in the room and no sofa bed. I complained at front desk, they said someone will come and assist, but despite calling several times nobody came, I requested extra blanket but they didn’t provide. The staff was rude. We waited till 3 am but nobody showed up. In morning at 8 am a housekeeping staffed knocked the door and ask if I’m early checking out.. it’s an horrible experience overall.

I am deeply disappointed by this property. I had paid and reserved a two bed room for my wife and daughter to have a memorable time in NY to celebrate a special occasion. At the check-in, they were informed that they don’t have it even though I reserved and paid for it. Instead they were given a small room with one bed ( it was not even a queen bed). I always loved Hilton, but this experience has ruined it. It was meant for a special occasion and the way they were treated was not good. I hope a manager sees this. This is not a way to handle a loyal customer let alone a Hilton member.
