Do not book this place. For starters, the host gave us the wrong address. Then, the host gave us the wrong code for the lock box, and ended up finding the key was literally lying on the ground outside in the dirt.The apartment itself was disgusting and clearly not prepared for guests.See pics.After the guests before us left, the cleaning crew never came by to clean.There were no sheets on the bed, dirty sheets left in the washer, dirty dishes piled in the sink, bags of garbage by the front door, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower, and old food rotting in the fridge. It honestly looks like someone lives here full-time and just left for the weekend without cleaning or preparing the space at all. We spent the first 2 hours after checking in going to the store and getting cleaning supplies and cleaning the place ourselves while waiting for the host to respond. Unfortunately we were unable to dry the dirty sheets and towels from the previous guest as the dryer was broken. When we told the host this, she said she would contact the cleaning lady and “update us soon”. We never heard from her again. On the second night we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling from a bubble and started catching it in pots from the kitchen. We let her know about that and again, no response. I guarantee whoever stays here next will be sleeping with the same dirty sheets as I did. Completely unacceptable and unsafe — avoid this listing at all costs.
