The only time the staff spoke to us was upon check in. The rooms were not super clean, clearly the hotel hasn’t been taken care of properly. There was mold in the shower grout and dust and dirt in the corners. It is also a dog friendly hotel and we were kept up until 2am with incessant barking one night. The major plus of this hotel is the location to the Subway being so close. I would not stay here again.

Nova Hotel is in a great spot, so close to the subway. Very decent, affordable rates. Newly renovated, so the rooms are pretty cool looking. Ours had a giant glass sliding door leading to huge deck (but it was too cold outside to enjoy it). The hotel was clean with decent basic amenities. Front desk staff was sweet (thank you, Sam), and the custodial staff we encountered was also friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

Clean room, good shower and bed. Sam at the front desk was great. This place is good value for the money. it is located across the street from an industrial site, so there can be noise. It's well-located near food/coffee/bars in Bushwick and East Williamsburg. Not super fancy, but totally fine.
