This is a new property so you may not see much reviews , don’t trip, it’s not a scam like most people are saying. It’s a brand new hotel that’s only been open for about a week. With that being said I booked this hotel for my birthday stay. From the moment we walked in , it smelled so damn clean in there . Like a freshly mopped and cleaned establishment. Major points for that. When checking into our room, the manager changed rooms for us free of charge due to the previous room not being cleaned to his standards. I respect that so much . I recommend getting the room with the balcony. The area is very quiet which is great , restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a great deal. Another thing I’d like to mention is that the heating/ cooling system worked perfectly fine. Room was nice and toasty when needed. I’m one of those people that read ALL reviews before booking a place . So trust me this is a hidden gem that no one knows about . If you like being in the cut and out of the way, stay at Nova. I’ll be back for sure because the owner says a nightclub will open soon !

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing let me start by saying that!! The hotel just opened so bare with them as we did have some difficulties but again the service and responsiveness from the staff beyond made up for it! They allowed us to check in early at 1pm and when our flight delayed they allowed us to checkout at 3pm! The tv actually have Netflix,prime etc to sign in and enjoy the view from our room was very nice! Sense they just opened and had rooms open at check in the women allowed us to look at a few different room to pick the view we like! (Again they just opened so when they get more busy don’t expect this on a regular). Now the difficulties I spoke of was the toilet it got stopped up in our first room and when we called they immediately changed our room. It happened in the second room and they came immediately and took care of it and it didn’t happen anymore. I think checking on the plumbing system should be something they do as they perfect the hotel but nonetheless my boyfriend and I both said we can’t wait to come back to NY int he spring or summer and stay here again to see how much they’ve elevated!
