It was not a good stay. Hotel have a odor throughout, the key to enter always not working to get on. The receptionist always out on a longer 5 minute break. Not pleased at all.

Poor maintenance.

Staff was bothered to be asked questions. Made the least eye contact possible just to not deal with people. I have stayed at other Quality Inn and none have been so terribly maintained as this one. Walls and doors on hallways were dirty. Something so simple to clean as using a magic eraser sponge, other doors needed painting. Toilet seat cover, briken. It seriously needed some very good TLC and deep cleaning. The staff with their no so welcoming attitude didn't make it any better.

Multiple room keys didn’t work. Smelled like a Chinese Restaurant and an awful area. I finally decided not to even stay and checked into a ‘real’ hotel.

It’s good enough to stay overnight. Not for someone who has a lot of luggages or for family with strollers or for handicap. They don’t have elevator so you’ll have to carry everything down the steps and up again. The hotel is underground.

The hotel sold our rooms, and than gave us smaller rooms. Several people had to sleep on the floor. It seemed very dishonest.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. That was about all. The hotel was dirty. My room has a bathroom mirror that was cracked from top to bottom. There was very little at breakfast. The breakfast area is tiny with seating close together that it was hard to walk around to get food or to your seat without bumping into others. The waffle machine handles kept coming loose and wouldn't close the lid all the way, so the waffle batter would spoil into the counter top. Then the staff would look at you annoyingly because it happened. The staff members weren't pleasant and often have very short answers to questions or rudely answered you if you asked questions. Will not be staying at this or any other Quality Inn anymore.

The hotel smell of mole .. with a lot of fabulouso to cover the smell ... the windows in the room didn't completely close..... refrigerator didn't get cold ..... no elevator at the entrance.. had to carry heavy suitcases up and down the stairs ...., door to the room didn't close properly... room key didn't work....

Great service! At first I had the wrong phone number for the shuttle but once I got in touch with the hotel they picked me up in no time and service was great. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful. She printed something for me and went above and beyond. Would come again
