Everything about this hotel is perfect, the customer service, the amenities, and the location. I will definitely be staying here in my future New York trips.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. I loved the personalization of amenities - I’ve never been to a hotel that offers all the Dyson hair devices and a Therabody massage gun! Silk pillowcase and linen spray were also a great addition. All free of charge! The only negative is that the heater/air conditioning was quite loud and I ended up having to shut it off to sleep. And the room got cold pretty fast. Luckily, I also got a weighted blanket to keep me somewhat warm. The staff were super friendly, check-in and check-out were both smooth! Outside can get a little loud with cars blasting music, since it’s near Times Square but it wasn’t loud enough to keep me up at night.

An enjoyable stay
The staff greeting was very friendly. The room is small but clean and has everything you need. The differentiator seems to be choosing little details about the stay such as snacks and allowing you to ask for additional things. Location was great for going both up and downtown. If you are looking for something special or romantic this isn't it but its functional and friendly.
