Excellent hotel with first class service

It was an unbelievable experience to stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful with a cleanliness standard second to none! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. For such a busy hotel it was quiet. I don’t even know how to go about recommending the staff! So courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient. As we had a night time flight I did ask for a late check out. There was a fee, which I had expected, and the lady on the front desk had it organised in a minute, no hassles which I very much appreciated. For such a busy hotel nothing was an issue for the staff. They took a couple of minutes from their time in the day to chat yet didn’t compromise the service the other guests received. The location was prime & felt very safe! Walk out the door and turn left and you’re right at the big red steps in Times Square. So close to everything you could possibly want to see or do. We didn’t eat in the hotel as Ellen’s Stardust Diner is our go to spot when visiting New York. The hotel did have an area just off the lobby where you could purchase snacks, drinks, fresh fruit etc, it was cashless so no waiting to be served, you just chose, scanned, either paid with your card or added it to your room. It was great as you didn’t have to head out again to look for a convenience store. I highly recommend staying in Tempo by Hilton Times Square. They made our visit extra special!

Out the door and to the left and your in Times Square or at a subway stop. Easy to walk to any Broadway play or Central Park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good coffee in the room, nice beds, and this doesn't happen very often but there is makeup service (make the bed, change towles etc) each day. So nice to be at a full service hotel in Manhattan.
