Our room was on the 32nd floor with a great view of Times Square. The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the amenities we desired and the shower was terrific. Breakfast at the restaurant in the 12th floor was delicious as well.

I arrived early for pre check-in and was told our room would be ready by 4 PM. When we returned shortly after that time, the room was still not available, and we ended up waiting over an hour before finally checking in. A manager spoke with us and offered a small form of compensation for the delay, but the promises made were not followed through. The credit we were told we’d receive was later charged to our account, and the refund we were told to expect never came. Throughout our stay, several staff members seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service left a very poor impression. I would not recommend staying here.
