Staff is very courteous, rooms are clean. Breakfast is awful, construction finishes are awful, rooms are tiny with 12” space around the bed and without any amenities such as desks or refrigerators, ac was also not working, property surrounding sidewalks are covered in trash. For just a one night stay it’s fine though and I will stay there again, given the price.

DO NOT stay here. The whole place is soulless, harsh LED lighting everywhere, smells like bleach. Extremely loud, paper thin walls. There was construction above my room starting before 8am, I needed to take work calls and the construction was so loud I had to leave a day early. I could never connect with a manager to discuss a refund, despite being told I'd be responded to multiple times by the front desk. Desk staff was nice enough, but I'm not sure a manager exists. DO NOT stay here.

The door looked as though someone was forcibly trying to enter. It was broken outside and the hinge inside was almost off the wall. The room, although generally clean, had a weird smell. The bathroom was minuscule. The area is really sketchy I didn’t want to leave my car parked outside. A local flashed us! I felt really unsafe. We left after half an hour and checked in elsewhere.

Awful location, rooms are all concrete so it’s always very cold. No coffee, no water for guests, lights didn’t work and no staff on site the address that problem. Outside of cleanliness of rooms - they have zero else to offer. Especially at what they charge. 0/10

The size of the room was decent. However, the bathroom basin was very small. Beds were comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk to subway station and major shopping and dining area in Brooklyn. Light breakfast is available for free in the lounge. Great for a short stay in NYC.
