Comfy beds, room, bathroom, closet on the smaller side. One small window to view outside however it was quiet staying in the 5th floor. Only two elevators that are slow. Great location in Koreatown and easy access to subway and the Path.

Great location, not so great everything else
We were a family of 5 and we booked a ‘family room’. We were fully aware that All beds were in one room however the photos are deceptive and the room is very tight for 5 people and 5 large suitcases. The fold out sofa bed is not at all comfortable. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard even when they flush the toilet and run the shower. The toilet in our room was leaking and so the cistern would fill every 10min and consistently wake us up. The HVAC system was broken so all they gave us was a small electric heater in -7oC nights. The benefits was that the location is very convenient to shops, eateries, transportation and walking distance to many prominent sites like Empire State Building. We had a lovely gentlemen from the hotel who organized for us an airport transfer at a reasonable price.

The room is a decent size if you’re just looking for a convenient space to stay for a few days. The man at front desk was amazing when I came in to check in. He allowed me to check a couple mins early.

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Amazing roof top bar with view of the Empire State Building. Very quiet once inside of the hotel . Storing luggage for a day was very helpful. Only negative - very busy street , so if you are Driving your own vehicle a little hectic to drop off bags and check-in on a Friday night . Cones were out front , but you couldn’t pull into them easily , so had to circle around the block again . Parking was a few blocks away, but worked well. I would definitely stay here again, convenient to everything . We walked to Times Square easily to see a show and went to a hockey game at MSG - easy walk .
