Breakfast is very ordinary, there is no transportion to LaGuardia airport, Room was basic and we were disappointed in our stay. There is no food available at the hotel and limited western food options in area.

The windows are very soundproof and the area overall is safe and pretty quiet. Staff was very accommodating. Nespresso machine in the room. The subway is about a 10 minute walk and the bus to LaGuardia takes about 30 minutes. Would stay there again.

The room was excellent, and I really enjoyed the views. However, the lighting could use an update—it would be better if it were brighter. I’d also recommend providing complimentary water or at least having some available in case of emergencies. Additionally, having access to hot water would be a great improvement. Overall, it’s an amazing place that I would definitely recommend and book again. Transportation was convenient and well-managed in every aspect

Was definitely an experience I've never had and would probably do it again i like different cultures but not knowing the areas is not good for older crowds the hotel also had a roof top bar and was a rainy 2 days and was never told by staff that it was closed or anything else for that matter and also offer on site parking. but when we checked in they charged us to park so wasn't happy on that and was also changed double the price of reservation.

this hotel is amazing. Super clean. Great, friendly staff. Close to train. We will stay everytime we are in New York. Our ONLY one small complaint is if you have a car, this may not be your best bet. The parking is a very small garage with only 8 spots, first come first serve for $30 per day. But that’s not the bad part. You can’t leave. No in and out privileges at all. So if you park there the night before, you can leave ONE TIME the next day. If you want to leave at 9am, once you come back, you CANNOT leave for the rest of the day. Otherwise, you’ll be charged an additional $30. Next time we probably won’t rent a car so it won’t be an issue.

The shower was broken upon arrival, it was kind of disconnected from the wall and the water was shooting in multiple directions causing water to go everywhere in the bathroom. We called front desk about it and they werent able to gix or help us or even switch rooms, there were stains on the covers as well which were also there upon arrival
