Our stay was incredible! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Mirsada provided outstanding service and attentiveness. The rooms are elegant and well appointed but could benefit from a facelift. The King Cole Bar was fun and the drinks were delicious (albeit pricey). Use of the house car is a big perk and our driver was gracious and accommodating. The service and overall experience are tough to beat!

The Hotel reception team was very un profesional to say the least. We reserved a suite for 3 adults and a child and told that there are no rollaway beds and we “have to manage” . Checkin was 2!hours late. We kept recieving call to the room in the mornings regarding room service that were not ours. And other comments It just felt NOT st regis but a Motel 6.
