Stayed here recently and had a really great experience. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff was very nice and accommodating even when I had to extend my stay a night, they were able to keep me in the same room. The hotel itself is definitely tired and could use a refresh (chipping paint, some broken lights, down elevators). But it was very clean in the rooms, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very quiet and safe (especially as a single female traveling alone.) For the cost in NYC it is a good stay and serves its purpose when you’re on a little bit of a budget but still want to be in a nice and safe area.

The room has spider webs on the ceiling, stains on the walls, broken parts in the refrigerator, the tv did not turn off I had to unplug, no cups in the room, ice machine on my floor did not work and my card did not allow me to go to another floor, no hand towel. I guess that is was $125 gets you.
