Upon arriving the initial room i was in, was pretty clean though the trim of the “head board above the bed was falling off and the led lights were bunched up in one place. The bathroom floors were dusty. Something about the tile just wasn't clean. I got moved to another room upon request. This room was much better, nothing out of place, clean. The only thing missing was a microwave or mini fridge. This hotel looks like it was amazing when it first opened. My stay was pretty peaceful, the lobby looked nice. Everything was good for the price. Maybe not again though.

I was just very disappointed at my room, NEVER had a room where the fridge supposedly was just a cooler..and it was no where near cool, and no ice on my floor, one above or below, guy at front desk was very nice though, and got me some .would not stay again

Great location! We could see the WTC from our windows. Close to the metro and good restaurants. Clean, friendly staff. I stayed with my two teenagers. We appreciated the service of storing our luggage for a low fee on the last day of our trip after we checked out.
