The bathroom door doesn’t lock, we need room service because our newborn got our sheets dirty, and they said okay we will but never came and changed sheets, we had to clean ourselves like we’re at home, I wasted money coming to this hotel which has the worst parking possible, and the valet is too expensive but I still did it for 1 night, hot water from sink was white which is disgusting, everything else was fine like breakfast and the bed, that’s kind of it and also no warning about laundry only taking coins which is very very messed up….

Great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, but could be better. Only negative thing about the hotel is the location, surrounded by dirty streets; and available food nearby is mainly Chinese and Halal.

Would have liked to see more Gluten-Free options. Also the toaster was very dirty looked like it had mold in it. Other than that everything was great and the staff was really good. The rooftop views were beautiful.
