Hotel did maintenance without notifying so when the first alarm went out I panicked and jumped out of bed.only after did they announced it was false alarm due to maintenance. Alarm kept going off every 15 minutes which was horrible because I was trying to rest before flying across the country and I simply could not because the alarm.

The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and fresh linens and towels. The staff were helpful, attentive and professional. The free shuttle service from Newark airport to the hotel and back were punctual, effortless. and took barely 15 minutes from the pick up area of the airport. I appreciated the windows in my room that were large making the room feel spacious with great views. and they seemed to be efficient at reducing the noise from the traffic and busy area around the airpot.The full blinds kept out the early morning light enabling me to catch up on some well-needed sleep after travelling. I appreciated the on site restaurant that was open till 11 as i had no car and there was no where else around to have dinner. I would only suggest that they add a few more healthy options on the menu, and the same for breakfast. I would have paid more for gluten free and vegn options which were not available but the manager was receptive to my comments and is interested in improving the menu. And most importantly, they listened to my comments and tried their best to help me find something to with my dietary restrictions. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice little hotel, front desk agent was really nice as well as the shuttle driver. The reason for 3 stars is that there’s no noise canceling in the rooms, you can hear everything that is happening in other rooms.
