This place is a dump. Our room was dirty and falling apart. Bathroom handles and knobs were loose. “Jetted tub” didn’t work. Ceiling was even dirty with splashes of who knows what all over. I asked the hotel staff for a new room and they said they all are in a similar condition. We needed one night before flying out at 6am and opted for this hotels proximity to Newark airport. This hotel appears to be caught in the middle of a profit and greed tug a war. They are behind the line of balance because of this greed. Money keeps rolling in because of the hotels location to the airport but they don’t want to spend that precious money to fix up the place. It’s too bad that a hotel company can’t anticipate this imbalance. Paid way too much for one night in this place.

Only thing I didn’t like to entry and exit to this hotel, they have a very shorter path for the vehicle to move. Also no free breakfast. Otherwise overall it’s a good place to stay.

It was a 1st time cancellation flight for me, so I was not sleeping @ the Airport. Especially, with a bad leg. Nope! Unfortunately, I paid outta pocket for hotel bc airline said it was Mother Nature outta there control to not fly & put us in jeopardy. I went bk to Porter Airlines & they suggested a few hotels & Best Western was (1) of them. The price was right & it was only a (1) night stay, so what the heck. Shuttle finally picked us up & the hotel was pleasant enough, clean , large rooms but a little stuffy as u enter, maybe bc of the hot weather we’ve been having. AC did make a little noise, & a small damage in shower railing but nothing a paint job or maintenance can fix. I did enjoy my stay it was quite mostly & safe. I recommend.
