I always read reviews before I commit to anything. Most of the reviews I read all praised how Althea's customer service was excellent during their stay. That was how I made the decision to stay at Cambria. Once I arrived to the property and I am checking in,I am having a wonderful conversation with this young lady. I finally asked her name. Who dod I finally meet? I met the wonderful Ms. Althea that everyone spoke so highly of. I was so excited to meet Althea,and I told her I feel like I met a celebrity because of how people spoke of her on the reviews. Althea is exactly who everyone says she is. My stay was that much more enjoyable with Althea on duty. Thanking you Ms. Althea all the way from Georgia.

The exterior of property and lobby area was nice and that was it. The front desk staff stated they didn’t have a room and checkin was at 3:00. This was around 2:00PM. We told her we had a wedding to attend at 3:00 so she was nice to find us a room available. I never saw cleaning staff so not sure what wasn’t available at the time. All down hill from there…The rest was disgusting especially the bedding and carpet was filthy. The room smelled like mildew and that was after I sprayed it twice with air freshener The furniture had tears and there was no dresser to put clothes in. We hung everything in fear something would crawl in our luggage. The staff was super nice!
